You can move an element declaration to another package or a file.

To perform the move refactoring, select an identifier that you want to refactor and press &shortcut:Move;. In the Move window, you see a list of declarations to the element that you want to move. Select all the necessary declarations that you want to move along with the item. Specify a path to the target directory, a file name, and a package name.
